Happy New Year from the AACCGP team! Thank you to everyone who supported us in 2019! We experienced a lot of changes and growth the past year, including moving offices, appointing a Director of Communications and Member Relations, and seeing our membership expand as Asian businesses continue to grow in the Greater Philadelphia area.
We collaborated with the African American Chamber of Commerce, Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Independent Business Alliance, and other partners on various events, including the Joint Diversity Chamber event as part of the 2019 Minority Enterprise Development Week. In addition, our President, Nick Shenoy, was named one of Philadelphia Business Journal’s Power 100 for 2019. We also worked to highlight Asian women in business through our Women Empowerment events, and we had a full house for our Annual Banquet this year.
As 2020 brings in a new year and decade, we are looking forward to further serving Asian businesses and owners, increasing Supplier Diversity and spurring economic growth to help our communities thrive.
