The U.S. is shifting focus to the Indo-Pacific, making ties with South Korea more vital than ever. With a new Korean president and deepening ties, Philly plays a key role—through its sister city Incheon and Hanwha’s investment in the Philly Shipyard. This program is a three-person panel discussion consisting of representatives from the U.S. Department of State, the Korean Embassy (from DC or a regional Korean Consulate representative), or other relevant institutions, accompanied by a representative from KEI. It will be moderated by World AffairsPresident and CEO, Lauren Swartz.
