Seasoned executive with deep ties to Philadelphia’s business and economic development community to lead the Chamber’s next phase of growth

PHILADELPHIA (October 28, 2026) – The Asian American Chamber of Commerce of Greater Philadelphia (AACCGP) tonight named Laura Krebs Miller President & Chief Executive Officer and announced its 2027 Board of Directors at its 2026 Annual Awards Banquet & Fundraiser. Miller’s appointment takes effect November 1, 2026. She succeeds Khine Arthur, who is stepping down to spend more time with her young children.

Since 1999, AACCGP has brought together Asian American entrepreneurs, business owners, executives and corporate partners across Greater Philadelphia, where more than 20,000 Asian-owned businesses operate in the city alone, according to The Pew Charitable Trusts. The Chamber connects its members with the capital, customers, partners and decision-makers that drive growth, and gives Asian American business a voice in the policies that shape the regional economy.

“Laura has spent her career where business, government and community meet,” said Solomon Kim, Chair of AACCGP’s Board of Directors. “She has built and grown businesses, led teams and worked alongside the City and the region’s economic development partners to attract companies and investment to Philadelphia. That is the work of a chamber. We’re grateful to Khine Arthur for her leadership and service to the Asian American business community, and we’re excited about the Chamber’s next chapter under Laura.”

Miller brings nearly two decades of experience leading strategy, organizations and partnerships. She founded Chapter Three Solutions, a strategy and fractional leadership firm, where she developed a business attraction and investment strategy for the City of Philadelphia Department of Commerce’s Grow Philly initiative, in partnership with Visit Philadelphia. She also served as senior strategic lead for A Nation of Artists, a collaboration among the Philadelphia Museum of Art, the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts and the Middleton Family Collection.

At Brandywine Realty Trust (NYSE: BDN), one of the nation’s largest publicly traded real estate companies, Miller was Vice President of Marketing, Media & Brand Management and part of the senior leadership circle. She led communications, brand and marketing for the enterprise, a portfolio of more than 20 million square feet and $6.5 billion in mixed-use development, including Schuylkill Yards, and helped reposition the company from office landlord to urban developer and placemaker. She also worked with the City and civic partners to attract life sciences companies to Philadelphia and represented Brandywine on the Select Greater Philadelphia advisory board.

Earlier, Miller rose to Senior Vice President at Cashman & Associates, where she was the second-in-command to its CEO. She worked with the CEO on strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting and hiring, and led business development. For more than five years, she also helped lead Philadelphia’s first-ever retail attraction alliance with the City of Philadelphia, Visit Philadelphia, Center City District, PIDC and CBRE.

“Asian American businesses are essential to Greater Philadelphia’s economy and to the region’s growth,” said Miller. “The Chamber has earned the community’s trust, thanks to the work that began with founder Nick Shenoy and that Khine Arthur has carried forward. The opportunity now is to build the platform, profile and resources to match that trust. That means a Chamber that delivers for everyone from someone running a small business to the CEO of a major company, with a stronger voice in the decisions that shape our region and greater access to the capital, customers, contracts and talent that help businesses grow.”

Miller’s connection to the work is also personal. “My mother immigrated to the United States from Taiwan, and I’ve seen how much community and belonging matter when you’re building something new,” she said. “I’m starting by listening to our members, and I’m honored to help build the connections that help Asian American businesses thrive.”

Miller serves on the Board of Directors of The Forum of Executive Women, where she chairs the Engagement Committee, and on Philadelphia Youth Basketball’s Development Committee. A Penn State graduate, she was named to the Philadelphia Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 in 2025.
